Because I love it. As a long time real estate owner and investor, I recognize the important role real estate can play in helping people achieve their long term financial goals. While real estate, like any investment, is cyclical in nature, it can offer many leverage and tax advantages not available with other investments. It is also finite - my Dad told me at an early age that the only thing you can't make more of is dirt!
Are You a Buyer?
When helping a Buyer find a suitable property, I evaluate each property as if I were buying it myself. As a real estate owner/investor and developer of my former estate home in Southern California, I have the ability to find the best available properties for my Buyer. That is truly my passion. I look forward to doing that for you!
Are You a Seller?
Having sold a number of my own properties in the past, I recognized the importance of preparing a home for sale: fixing all the little things you may have put up with for years, putting on a fresh face with paint, updated landscaping etc. Now we call that Staging and a whole industry has evolved around it. I can help you maximize the value of your property by helping you identify all those things that don't cost very much but can add a significant value when selling, and these are all things you can probably do yourself. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I relied on other Realtors whenever I sold a property and had both good and bad experiences. On one occasion I listed my property and the Realtor made no effort to market or sell it until 30 days were left on the listing. In short, I understand what Sellers expect and will treat your property as if it were my own. Let me put those skills to work for you!
